Francis(voiced by TreyParker) is a character in the show South Park. He is first shown in the background in "Sexual Harassment Panda", and was later seen to be Jewish while attending Jew Scouts in "Jewbilee". However, this may just be a continuation error or one of the many times they re-use characters. He has been seen in the background many times since. He is usually seen in the 4th grade classroom shots or in scenes that specifically involve the male classmates.
He ranked #14 on the rigged list in "The List". Before he was officially named, he was known in fanon as "Lockie" due to the lock of hair hanging down on his forehead.
In "Timmy 2000", he was on the cover of the 'alternative ADD treatment' booklet.
He also plays on the school's basketball team in "Elementary School Musical". His birthday is March 23th.
